Equation of state, EOS80/TEOS-10

Currently, Tracmass uses a form of EOS-80 equation of state, but for accuracy it is a good idea to also put in TEOS-10. 
Another git project, (https://github.com/TEOS-10/GSW-Fortran) currently has all the routines Tracmass would need and is very easy to compile and use. Perhaps there should be a flag or namelist option to use TEOS-10 if the user has it installed?
