[Enhancement] Drop ms-peak-picker dependency #15

Unfortunately, ms-peak-picker ends up being a difficult dependency, because it requires development tools for the C++ libraries to install. This may be too much for some users of Diadem to do when installing it for the first time.

its removed in the breaker release
