The referenced site http://www.hidmacros.eu/ no longer resolves for DNS.
This makes adds a significant new barrier to trying this project.
Would you have a local copy of the luamacros.zip that you could share?

The website seems to work for me, https://github.com/me2d13/luamacros is the github that the website references if you still cannot access the website.
