Two issues in the "drive to pose" command to resolve in R2025:

Heading doesn't reach the goal (at least in sim) this might be because the heading velocity constraints are unrealistic at the set translation velocity constraints.
Drive to pose unit test doesn't work (command never ends in unit test).
