adding another Zoom/Fit Option without having to change the exoplayer dependency ?

What is/are your question(s)?

I'm using a Pixel Fold, and I've noticed that the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen are quite large. The Fit/Fill option helps reduce them, but it makes the image look too stretched. I'm looking for a way to stretch the image just a little so it still looks natural without changing the exoplayer dependency.
