Feature description

Browsing by the tags and genres that releases are uploaded with.

Why do you want this feature?

It's a core feature in the mobile client and website, and it's quite nice.

Additional information

To be able to merge several tags on a single query would be nice as well, I wouldn't expect more than 3 since that's the limit imposed on the web client.
