Workaround for ONEUI not able to remap Next/Skip back to Fast Forward/Rewind

Feature description

As is known, it's impossible to have Fast Forward/Rewind buttons on lockscreen on ONEUI (as per this thread #7856). I'm on ONEUI 5.1 and still can't get it to work.
So I just came up with 2 ideas that would allow me , when playing in background, to skip back without having to unlock my phone.

1. Add an option to remap behavior when executing the remote command to play Previous and replace with Skip back
2. Add an option to automatically rewind playback by 10 to 15 seconds after pausing playback. This is a feature that many podcasts/audiobook apps already have .

Being able to rewind playback without having to unlock phone
