textual search in a video's comments

Feature description

Searching in a video's comments is a very helpful feature to find information, especially for videos with hundreds of comments.

Why do you want this feature?

Often, comments contain additional information or factual corrections to specific terms, which are discoverable with textual search. While the "official" browser client allows a browser-based search with Ctrl+f, it still requires to first reveal all comments via repeated manual infinite-scroll bottom triggering.

Also, a comment search feature allows to avoid to create duplicate/rudundant comment, and allows to instead upvote an existing comment in order to draw attention and give feedback to it.

https://hadzy.com/ and https://ytcomment.kmcat.uk/ are third-party services which allow for searching in a video's comments.

Additional information

Searching for "comment search" revealed hundreds of issues in NewPipe's issue list, but none of them seemed discussing this requested feature.

In case NewPipe already does have a video comment search feature, please consider this issue as a request for improving this feature's discoverability within the app.
