Auto-speedup for X minutes(time-limited) [and auto-enabled for videos under 15mins by user?]

Feature description

An additional feature that allows auto speedup for shorter videos
-automatically enabled for videos under 15 or 20 minutes
-with a user adjustable length in minutes for how long auto-speedup is active after the video starts from 0:00 (user adjustable in the main player window of Newpipe under the existing speedup feature)
-one or two user adjustable speed settings (for example 1,35x and 1,65 / there would be a new icons in the main player window to switch between 1st speedup choice, 2nd speedup choice and off, switching with each new tab on the icon)
-the auto-speedup icons would only be white when the feature is active as soon as it is inactive the icons would be grey

Why do you want this feature?

In the last 5 years I've noticed that for videos that are under 15 minutes, especially the "news reporting" kind of videos have the relevant informations somewhere up to minute 6 after this there is a whole lot of references that sometimes don't add very much of value to the video, it just seems to be mandatory to stretch the videos now beyond the 10 minutes for every video to have adds feel less disruptive - but for us here I'd say this is more noticeable in Newpipe...
And in other cases there´is much filler up front

BUT currently we only have the option skip forwards the first few minutes or let the video at a custom playback speed and then set it down in the menu back to regular 1x speed
currently there is no option in the player window to cycle between custom speeds or have and auto-speedup for just the first few minutes. For regular videos I usually watch at 1,3x and the especially less information dense videos at between 1,6-1,7x.

Maybe somebody can relate to my experience and would want to have one of the two features in Newpipe

Additional information

If the interest is there for the cycle speedup indicator icon I'd be willing to conribute the UI elements.

Of course the feature could also be implemented to be a auto-speedup for x minutes without a video starting from 0:00
this is just my take on the idea to skip these certain "news reporting" videos faster
