Creation of ChatGPT Plugin for TelecomsXChange (TCXC)

Introduction

The TCXC ChatGPT-plugin should enable users to perform tasks in a conversational manner. This interactive approach offers a more intuitive and user-friendly experience than traditional user interfaces.

Before proceeding with the actual coding of the plugin, we request that you create a mockup using Figma or a similar tool to illustrate the user experience. The finalized design, upon agreement, will also be utilized on the website's frontend to showcase the features provided by the plugins

This plugin should be capable of:

Automated Route & Number Search

Leveraging the TCXC API, the plugin should automate searches for routes and DID numbers based on user's input. It should display the results directly within the chat interface.

Purchase and Selling Assistance

The plugin should assist users in the process of buying and selling DIDs or routes. Providing step-by-step instructions and automating the API calls where possible is a key function.

Interactive Testing

Facilitate the initiation and management of test calls directly from the chat interface. Users should be able to input parameters like seller, country, and network for testing, while the plugin handles the necessary API calls.

Analytics & Reports

Integration with the TCXC API should allow the plugin to pull data and generate reports or visualizations. This will help users better understand their usage, costs, and other key metrics. (to be explored, not sure if ChatGPT is capable for generating visualizations yet)
