Silent Pass through?

Hi

I am wondering if this version of the push notification has a silent pass through for Android and IOS? I see that in https://github.com/phonegap-build/PushPlugin, people were trying to put some effort in the silent pass through. It is/was working for IOS, but didnt manage to see it for Android.

Silent pass through as in, when the app is in the background, and the Push notification ECB is still triggered, when the app is in the background. Just wondering if this plugin has that feature, thanks!!

actually the suggested solution here:

phonegap-build#288

seems to work fine. Would be nice to have in this repo

This functionality is being developed in this branch though it is not completely tested, refactored and documented for now.
