I searched for a flag icon featuring upward, half, and downward positions but couldn’t find one, so I decided to create my own. I am now contributing these custom icons on Pictogrammers for others to use in their applications.

I can see a use case for a flag flying at half mast, not sure for the one with it all the way down. Regardless, we appreciate you opening an issue to suggest these be added. They will need to follow Material guidelines for consideration. If you'd like to take a pass at recreating them to do so, preferably matching other flag icons currently in the library, we'd invite you to do so! Otherwise, leaving this issue open for anyone else who might want to create something.
