What happened:
列表页的顺序采用的是CollectorConfig的update_at字段。
当前系统存在周期任务，刷新这周表的字段数据。会导致周期任务执行后，列表页自动变化了。

What would you like to be added:
CollectorConfig表设计需要重新整理，当前字段太多，一些和用户配置相关的保留，其余字段都需要拆到新的表来存储

Why is this needed:
Not user friendly enough
