What would you like to be added:
避免无效的任务启动；比如代码编译时，如果已经选择了取消，则controller缓存中未执行的任务，无需再执行；
或者其它场景（比如触发任务的进程异常结束了），同样减少无效任务的执行

Why is this needed:
避免占用本地和远程资源
