Execute a template

Since we can already get plain usernames/passwords, how about instead of just dropping them into a YAML file, the secrets can take a `:template` property for an erb that we will evaluate before putting it on the system. I think several of us are already doing this with other processes (e.g. YAML.load the file we write and write out the file we are actually looking for), why not build it in?
