Shortcut action to Refresh Tokens no longer working

Summary:
Shortcut action to Refresh Tokens no longer working.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Confirm Auth App for Tesla is logged in.
2. Open the Shortcuts app.
3. Create a new shortcut with "Refresh Tokens" action.

Results:
Alert with title "Could Not Run Fresh Tokens" and subtext "Could not fresh tokens".

Configuration:

• Auth App for Tesla version 1.0.6 (build 31).
• Tested against iOS 15.4 RC.

This was reported to me by a user of my shortcuts, and I can reproduce locally.
