I noticed that ' and " are used interchangeably throughout the project.

I also noticed that the structure of certain exception messages could be improved.

What do you mean about 'and'?

I missed a word. I meant to write: "I noticed that ' and " are used interchangeably throughout the project." and have since updated the comment.
