Python syntax error (Python compilation error) does not show on the operator's result panel #2614

When a Python UDF has some syntax error, it may pass the workflow compilation but it will fail during the executor initialization phase, as the Python will fail to compile the code. This error is then shown as the general workflow error and the user cannot see which Python UDF caused the issue. This is not very user-friendly.
