[Feature Request]: buffering tips

Problem Description

buffering is boring + users might not know stuff about the app

Proposed Solution

while video is buffering for >3 seconds, display some tooltip text like "you can press S to seek 1:30 to skip anime openings", and maybe some stuff about rss feeds, changing video/audio/subtitle tracks and finding multi-audio files for dubs etc
