Expected behavior:

• Install Plater addon
• enable following options in the main menu of Plater: Health Bar Color, Border Color
  
• this setup will help visualize threat issues

Steps to reproduce the problem:

go to Eastern Kingdoms (0), Westfall (40), Saldean's Farm (107), Phase: 1, Difficulty 0, spawnmask 0
