Description:

• right after the first boss, Glubtok, the door is missing
• area trigger (just beyond where the door should be) that auto-starts the quest The Carpenter is also missing

Expected behavior:

• right after the door, there should be a trigger that prompts the quest The Carpenter

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• go to Deadmines (36), The Deadmines (1581), The Deadmines (1581), Phase: 1, Difficulty 1, spawnmask 1
  The Deadmines party Normal
  .go xyz -193.429993 -437.859985 54.380001 36

• kill first boss Glubtok
