openroad gui

I'm using OpenRoad in a Windows WSL2 environment. After launching the GUI, I undocked some properties (display control, time report, etc.). Now I can't dock again. Where are the GUI settings stored locally? Can I reset the GUI settings to their original values?

There is also a command line flag -no_settings that skips loading that file:
