i tried adding it in the pdn file and. im using the vexriscv verilog file and sky130hd technology files. basic placement strategies with no additional contraint except a density of 0.4 when global placment. the ouring layers are met1-5 for signal and met3-5 for clock |

There is no description of what you are doing but I would guess you aren't using hilomap in yosys. |

You would be better off using an exist set of scripts like https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD-flow-scripts which have already worked out these issues. In this case I was suggesting a yosys command rather than an OpenROAD one. |
