As part of the QSS, we've agreed that quality standards and an adherence thereto will be a measured KPI. Part of this is to add a document to the Handbook detailing our quality standards:
a high-level (possibly client-facing) overview of our practices;
a lower-level breakdown of the kinds of quality measures we expect on every project;
potentially further implementation details on each of the measures (e.g. specific tooling.)
This should be reviewed by our Tech. Leads and this will form the basis of their roles: they will be responsible for their respective project's adherence to these measures, to be reviewed quarterly.
