i agree that all of my changes to the den pre-base codebase may be freely relicensed as MIT

• some of these do not need to literally be cherry-picked / ported the "right" way; they can be recoded
• these do not have to be ported by me specifically, this is just a list cobbled from me going through my own PR list
• if anyone's looking for a task: go through the "port" list ("not mine but i still want it"), and ask the authors about relicensing it to MIT for the den if it's an AGPL codebase (like imp). that, or look for an MIT implementation of those features.
