Windows Server Support

Windows Server does not support DirectShow by default. Therefore IC Capture etc wont run. But installing the "Desktop Experience" solves the problem. It is installed by "Server Administrator" -> "Features" -> "Add feature". There select "Desktop Experience" and click "Next" button.
