[Suggestion] Messenger Pigeons

I think the ability to equip a Pigeon with a chest, allowing a menu to be opened that lets you put in the name of a player (or something like that) and an item (possibly a book, paper, etc.) would be a great feature to make the mod stand out. If this has already been implemented, or declined, just ignore this message, but if not, would love to hear a response.
