Summary:

Need to do a round of improvements to codebase format to remove any inconsistencies and improve readability.

Why do we need this?

To improve readability and reduce maintenance overhead.

What is already there? What do you see now?

Good initial code format and indentation.

What is missing? What do you want to see?

Remove inconstancies and improve the readability of the code.

How do you propose to implement this?

Handle apps and then libs.
