Docs about time bunny

We need some detailed documentation about what time bunny is, and whats involved in it and stuff. Right now I have no idea what me and redstone are supposed to code?

Me and @Steve4Space are still working on the exact specifications of the project, however, this is what we have so far:

• The console: the TimeBom console is the main developer tool for handling the engine and engine data files
• The renderer: part of the reason you and @redstone-scratch were invited is that we needed Mac testers. Me and @Steve4Space are learning Vulkan, however since you are our macOS devs, you get a choice between Metal and Vulkan (most people have suggested we use Vulkan and MoltenVK)
• The data files: Game data is held in .tibe archives (short for .TimeBom) that can be loaded by the engine and played as long as they have a specific directory layout. They are packaged similarly to .zip files that can be worked with through the TimeBom console and other developer tools.
• The scripting language: AesthesisLang is our scripting language for TimeBom. Not much has been worked on so far, but we’ll start likely as soon as support for loading data files is added.

We'll likely write greater documentation over the next next week, and will include finer details. However, what Bredcat said goes currently
