[SUGGESTION] Add Module Infos to TWC Modules

The Usage of many Modules is not straightforward and sometimes downright cryptic.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Old Man Modules all have a little box at the bottom that describes what a module does along with other info (does position matter etc.).
Adopting this would make using the modules a lot more intuitive

I believe this is done via an ED3N attribute. There is a control called Module Info.
