Date dropdowns in role editing become illegible (and maybe unusable?) in Android/Chrome:

When adding a project, is there a way to move the image on top and go one-column so the textareas are wider?

When editing (not adding) a project, let's use textareas instead of text fields and go one-column, if possible:
