I get this message after two message:
Your account has been suspended. To continue, purchase a subscription.

Any other actions needed?
Open VS Code
Press Ctrl+Shift+Xto open the extended view
Click the "..." menu in the upper right corner
Select "Install from VSIX..."
Select the downloaded .vsixfile

Please uninstall and reinstall the plugin. You must restart VSCode afterwards, and then log in new account.
