SaveLoader doesn't work for me at all (Vice City 1.0)

Hello, ThirteenAG. Could you help me, please? I'm having trouble getting SaveLoader to work with Vice City. The most recent SaveLoader works fine with San Andreas, but Vice City's saves aren't loaded for some unknown reason.

I bought my copy from the Rockstar Games Launcher and downgraded it to 1.0 using a file from this thread: https://gtaforums.com/topic/936600-iii-iv-various-gta-downgraders/ . Then I applied SilentPatch. There are no other mods installed. Nothing changes after I drop ASI Loader and SaveLoader into my VC folder, I still see loading screens and get to the main menu. As I've already said, this is not the case with San Andreas, which I also bought from the same store and used the same downgrader and SilentPatch: SaveLoader works as intended. I tried earlier versions of this mod and ASI Loader, but that didn't work either.

I remember that the first version of this mod (vcfastloader.asi) worked for me in the past, but nowadays it isn't available anywhere.
