Handle scenes with huge number of mountain passes

Make it possible to either apply Non-Maxima Suppression or disable Mountain Pass annotations.

We could also make a feature that either:

• Put a minimal distance between two mountain passes and draw only the highest
• Draw only the x highest mountain passes
