Startup Diagnostics

I recently assembled 3 boards, version 2.0 and using firmware 1.7. When I turn on the computer, all of them display the Startup Diagnostics screen. If I use another video output and access the A2DVICONFIG utility, the software displays a message saying that the board was not recognized, but the settings are automatically displayed in A2DVI on the other monitor. However, if the settings are saved, when I turn it off again, Startup Diagnostics appears. Strange, since I have assembled this board before using the same components and it worked perfectly.
Any tips or solutions?

Check your SN74LVC245APWR chips. I had the same issue. It booted with the diagnostic screen, followed by garbage screen. Apparently 1 of the 4 chips was faulty. Replaced it and it booted as expected.
