Add "copy event" functionality #54

As events are often similar to previous ones, a "copy event" button would be helpful. This could be implemented in a few ways:

Copy button in the list and/or editor that loads the existing event into a "new event" editor without creating it yet
Copy button in the event list that creates the copy and redirects to editing it
"Save as copy" button in the editor that creates the new event and redirects to editing it

Regardless of what is chosen, we'll want to save the new event as a draft.
