The core tiledb API has a universal java artifact accessible from Maven (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.tiledb/tiledb-java/0.28.1)

Are there plans to create the same for tiledbvcf? This would be very useful and make it easier for projects to support tiledbvcf across different platforms (MAC/Linux/etc)
