New feature - Deleting a user through Jack #236

Hi Hook,
It could be cool if we could delete a user using a Jack cmd :
Jack deluser #XXX with XXX being the userid in our database.
This would prevent us from having to ping you for those type of queries.
Just putting this here to discuss :)
