I can't find how to serialize and deserialize with custom naming conventions.

I'm would like to create a custom resolver with snake case naming convention, but SpanJsonOptions only accept a enum, and not a custom implementation.

I believe NamingConvention property of SpanJsonOptions should be a interface.
