abstract: >-
This repository provides a reproducible pipeline to curate 100 top-tier
naturalistic fMRI papers (2021-2026), upload them to Google NotebookLM,
and execute 20 expert-level research queries across 7 systematic categories
(methodological foundations, neural representation, memory/events/prediction,
AI-neuro alignment, individual differences/clinical, developmental/cross-species,
frontiers/meta-science). Each query elicits SOTA consensus, outstanding
questions, and AI-driven opportunities. The pipeline includes a novel
Europe PMC bypass for NCBI's new Proof-of-Work challenge, enabling
open-science large-scale PDF retrieval. Outputs include structured
markdown answers with citations, supporting literature reviews, grant
proposals, and onboarding for new researchers in the field.
