Use exif orientation tag

Currently the image orientation stored in exif is ignored.

This should be dealt with in org.eclipse.swt.graphics.Image, which does not respect that information (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=499908).

Please attach a sample image so I can try to implement a workaround for images from DocScan.

This issue does still exist for respective document images.
Depends on:

• Fix for Respect EXIF orientation tag when loading images with ImageUtils TranskribusInterfaces#5
• Test all tools not using ImageUtils for image loading to obey the orientation tag
  • OpenCV >3.1 will autorotate images on load. Legacy tools using 2.4 have to be abandoned
• Then revert change done in: Orientation of image - autorotate #208
• When a PAGE XML is loaded, test if the dimension matches the one in the now rotated image and correct the value in the XML for next save. As there is no generic loader for image+page this has to be checked for each job.

• fix also in eu.transkribus.core.util.ImgUtils (e.g. readImageDimensions())
• fix in FImagestore's ImageConverter for thumbnail creation
• binarized images on filestore do not include the orientation anymore and are then useless
• Allow to permanently rotate an image in the FImagestore where the Exif orientation tag is set incorrectly (what to do with any Transcripts existing to this time?). The Create Servlet of FImagestore could be used for that.
