Clarify-buffers are not cleaned up

Hi all,

after processing my inbox (with C-c d p) and clarify all items in it (with C-c c),
I still can see numerous "*Org-GTD Clarify: xxxx" buffers in my emacs instance. And if I want to close my emacs, it asks me to save or not.

Intended ? Bug ? What could I do about it ?

Hello! I believe I should have fixed this in 4.2.3, what version of org-gtd are you running?

Note the current version is 4.3.0.
