fix time options for mod actions

previously it would work when typing "2 hour", "2h", "2hrs", etc but now it wants a specific format and it's very tedious to have to rewrite everything bc you forgot it's supposed to say "1d" and not "1 day" or whatever. if it could go back to how it was before that would be great ty <3
