We want a static navbar that hangs at the top of the page no matter where you are on the page. This navbar will be used for routing between our different pages on the forward-facing site.

Check out Parth's PR from PIA on how to apply the component to the root page layout.

Figma

  • Hovering over the page names should create drop-down menus for further navigation.
  • The navbar should have transparent and opaque states depending where the user has scrolled. Check the Figma demo on what this should look like.
  • As part of testing, create the test page to showcase the navbar and share screenshots in your PR.
