• Create a separate carousel card component with custom props so we can easily create new ones. Don't worry about the "Learn More" button functionality for this PR, just render the design.

For testing, create a quick page showcasing the carousel and share screenshots to the PR. The carousel should take an arbitrary number of cards. For the testing page, feel free to limit it to 4.
