We want to implement a Contact Form to send messages to HoMEwork directly from the website.

The form should take advantage of our text input component's error states. If validation errors arise, the form should reflect these issues.

For your PR:

1. Create the Create Contact Form component UI
2. Ensure that data is sent to the backend using a fetch request

For Testing, show that you can submit a form on the frontend and the message appears in the [email protected] inbox.
