Arrow function style and "arrow-parens" rule #9
Description
In a recent PR we had a discussions comments about the readability of some arrow functions. Thought we should decide on function notations to be used in the code 🤔
P.S. A good conversation/conclusions that @rishabhgrg has found from HapiJS folks
