it actually support arm64, i think you should make some change yourself

Also having this issue with node v16.10.0. With an older node version was working fine but not with node 16.10.

I'm getting this issue when trying to run node 14 under x86 arch but on an M1 Apple

The only solution I come up with is to manually change the folder name to be sqlite3/lib/binding/napi-v3-darwin-arm64 ~ painful.
