Limit # of downloads per blog?

So, for twitter I tried to set download pages 1 - 10 or such. With 20 items per page, that might be 200 files. It didn't seem to work, and it downloaded a lot more than 200 files.

The goal is to download 200 files and move on to the next Twitter blog.

How can I best accomplish this?
