Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Emojis are used in all places - tweets, twitter names, talk titles, .... and the support here is lacking

Describe the solution you'd like
Use Twemoji, add EmojiImageCache, use existing emoji detecting infrastructure (at least for now) and render as TextFlow using Text and ImageViews
